There are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and over 365 days a year. That is an established and commonly agreed-upon human metric. This fact will probably never change. However, what we can control is the amount of energy spent each hour of the day. “Energy” is more than a physical concept. Those working with spirituality strive to understand and manage it.
In this course, Dr. Melba will discuss ways to recognize and manage our energy to live a more balanced life. Some concepts to be covered are energy, brainwaves, mind states…, and even prioritization!
Some questions to be discussed are:
-
Must we put all our energy (and time) into working or playing with our children?
-
Should we feel guilty if wanting to spend time in “something else”, that not many will understand/support (e.g., mediumship)?
-
How much time and energy should we spend connecting with ourselves and others in the spiritual realm?
-
How about when delivering a message or sending healing to others?
- Should we be in the same brain wave/mind state when meditating or sitting in the power?
