Journey of the Soul with William Pelech
Ever experienced a time in your life where you needed to make an important decision, but didn’t know what to do? You may have sought guidance from friends and family members, who offered you logical advice, but you still felt confused. Your logical mind may have told you one thing, but it didn’t feel right. There is a source that will always provide you the best answer for you-it is your soul. Though what the soul suggests may not always involve the most comfortable path, it will be the right one for you.
In this course, we will explore the concept of the soul and its part it plays in your development. We will explore how your soul can and does offer you guidance and how it speaks to you every day of your life. A Yogic Perspective on Spirit and its Purpose with Warren Lewis
This workshop starts with an exploration of the yoga chakras and a comparison with HeartMath, Chi, Ki, Mana and Prana. Also, we will discuss acupuncture & acupressure charts and the modern science of how energy flows through the fascia tissue as presented in Yin Yoga. This will be followed by a guided meditation using tuning forks that resonate with the frequencies of the chakras. The last portion of the workshop will focus reincarnation and karma from a yoga perspective, and comparisons with near-death experiences and past-life recollections and regressions. Finally, there will be a guided meditation to provide participants with insights as to their own unique spiritual purpose.

Moving Through Grief with Jill Washington and William Pelech
“Grief never ends. But it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith. It's the price of love.”
Grief is an emotionally painful response to loss. The more significant the loss, the more intensely grief is experienced. Losses that result in grief include death, divorce, diminishing health, job loss, relocations, and dissolved relationships, among others. Grief is a process that is different for everyone. Your grief reactions are unique to you, and so is the time-frame within which you experience grief. Understanding grief can be the first step to working through it.
This workshop will be a step towards understanding grief, provide insight about your own grief, how to help others who are grieving, offer a supportive environment to connect with others who are experiencing grief and provide tools to help move through the grief process.
Jill Washington and William Pelech are professional social workers who have extensive experience in providing counselling and support for those experiencing grief.
