This interactive workshop will explore yoga pranayama (breath work) to help regulate your body’s adrenal response, manage your stress and influence your health. Also, purification rituals for the body called Kriyas will be explored with a comparison to some modern equivalents and the potential health benefits will be discussed. As much as possible participants will be given the opportunity to personally experience these pranayama’s and kriyas with Warren’s guidance. As well, an exploration of the Nobel Prize winning science behind Autophagy and how this can be accelerated through fasting. Also, if time permits, Warren will share some of his experiences with fasting, the lessons he learned the hard way and offer some suggestions for consideration if you are thinking about doing a fast.
