Meditation for Peace We invite you to join us for a guided meditation focused on bringing peace and loving-kindness to yourself and the world. The evening will begin with gentle music and prayer, followed by a guided meditation. You are encouraged to "come as you are" and relax into the experience; you will not be required to turn on your camera or speak. Stay on the call to socialize afterwards if you choose. Participants are encouraged to have a lit candle near them for the meditation.
