This workshop starts with a discussion exploring clairvoyance, levitation, bilocation and astral projection, materialization, and having access to memories from past lives. We will explore the scientific evidence for some these items as well as the yogic practices to achieve them. Modern yogis as well as figures like Wim Hoff (the Iceman) will be discussed. A yoga perspective on the charkas associated with mediumship and the difference between that and a kundalini awakening. Also, we will discuss the concerns; mental, physical and karmic with respect to a kundalini awakening. Finally, this workshop will wrap up with a past life regression meditation to remove any blocks participants may be experiencing with respect to fulfilling their spiritual purpose.
