 cognize and manage our energy to live a more balan
 ced life. Some concepts to be covered are energy\,
  brainwaves\, mind states&hellip\;\, and even prio
 ritization!&nbsp\;\n \n Some questions to be discu
 ssed are:\n \n \n 	\n 	Must we put all our energy 
 (and time) into working or playing with our childr
 en?\n 	\n 	\n 	Should we feel guilty if wanting to
  spend time in &ldquo\;something else&rdquo\;\, th
 at not many will understand/support (e.g.\, medium
 ship)?&nbsp\;\n 	\n 	\n 	How much time and energy 
 should we spend connecting with ourselves and othe
 rs in the spiritual realm?&nbsp\;\n 	\n 	How about
  when delivering a message or sending healing to o
 thers?\n 	&nbsp\;\n 	Should we be in the same brai
 n wave/mind state when meditating or sitting in th
 e power?&nbsp\;\n \n \n Course Instructor: Dr. Mel
 ba Stetz.\n \n Melba Stetz holds a doctorate in ps
 ychology and certifications in neurofeedback\, bio
 feedback\, and healing. She served in the U.S. Arm
 y as a Research Psychologist\, worked as a psychol
 ogy professor\, and published on stress management
  (e.g.\, work-life conflict). Dr. Stetz is current
 ly a developing medium and a pastoral student.&nbs
 p\;\n \n Schedule:\n \n This&nbsp\;FREE&nbsp\;intr
 oduction will be on March 25\, 2025\, from 6 to 7:
 30 PM\, MST.\n \n It will be followed by three con
 secutive Tuesdays in April: 8\, 15\, and 22\, from
  6 to 8:00 PM\, MST&nbsp\;(Personal Investment: $1
 00 or $90 if registered by March 22).
